Manhattan Condo Sells for Record Breaking $88 Million

And you thought Toronto Condos were expensive!

The daughter of Russian Billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev has just purchased Manhattan’s most expensive condominium for $88 million located at the lavish 15 Central Park West (known as 15 CPW).  Other famous residents of the building include Sting, Denzel Washington, Bob Costas and Alex Rodriguez.

The suite, located on the top floor of the 19 storey building occupies 6,744 sq.ft. (priced at just over $13,000 per square foot) plus an additional 2,077 sq.ft. balcony that overlooks Manhattan.  The suite also boasts incredible and unobstructed views of Central Park.

Almost makes the $28 million penthouse at the Four Seasons look like a bargain!
