The Mercer Condos Getting Ready For Construction!

The Mercer Condos, located at the smoking hot King & John intersection recently celebrated 75% sold and with that comes the sad news that their incredible sales center will be getting for the wrecking ball as construction will begin in the new year.

The Mercer, made popular by the awful (or awesome, depending on how you look at it) radio jingle “Oh Mercer Mercer Me” offers incredible suite interiors (check out the shots of the model suite below) and incredible location (it is the closest condominium to a “PATH System” entrance in the Entertainment District).

Construction is scheduled to begin in the new year and the development is offering some incredible cashbacks of $15,500 (for 2 bedroom suites) and $17,500 (for 2 bedroom plus den suites) for a limited time.
