Mizrahi Confirmed as Developer for One Bloor West

It was confirmed today that Mizrahi Developments have purchased that site located on the South West corner of Yonge & Bloor (the current Stollery’s location).  Current details on what the the developer is planning for the site are unknown and the planning is at a very early stage.

1 Bloor West is arguably the most prime piece of real estate in Toronto.  At the corner of two major transit lines and in the heart of Yorkville, the City’s premiere and most sought after neighbourhood.

Mizrahi is no stranger to the Yorkville neighbourhood – his two previous projects were mid rise luxury projects (133 Hazelton Condos and 181 Davenport Condos) located just a stones throw from 1 Bloor West.
