Monde Set to Launch Tomorrow (October 12th)

Hold on to your hats, folks, because Monde Condominiums is all set to launch to Platinum brokers on October 12th.

Great Gulf Homes (One Bloor, X, X2, Charlie, PACE) are a highly respected development team in Toronto and attaching their name to ANY project will guarantee success, however, Monde is special.  The Toronto East Waterfront is about to get a serious make over and Monde is a major player in the re-development.  Earlier this month we launched the massively successful River City 2, which was also a part of this Waterfront Redevelopment, and Monde will likely achieve similar success.

Overview of the East Bayfront re-development

The development is the first residential project in the “East Bayfront” redevelopment which will also include a revitalization of “Sugar Beach”, the Corus Entertainment Headquarters, a new George Brown Campus, a brand new park (Sherbourne Park) as well as other future residential, commercial and mixed use developments.  It’s an incredible undertaking and Great Gulf’s first project looks like it is going to be a show stopper.

With architecture from world-renowned Moshe Safdie, the building is spectacular from the head-to-toe.  Views will be second-to-none, amenities will be top of the line and suites will be dressed to impress.  Monde has already received enormous buzz in the Real Estate community and this will be a very very hot project.
