New Look for Yorkville Plaza Podium

Yorkville Plaza is the redevelopment of the Four Seasons Hotel at Avenue & Bloor.  The project was an enormous success and anticipation for the second phase of the project, Yorkville Plaza 2 has already begun (Read about the details of Phase 2 here).

It was announced on TalkCondo on August 5th that Camrost-Felcorp had purchased the legendary hotel with the plans to convert it into condominiums.  The condominiums in the project went on sale just 30 days later

The new podium design is a huge change from the old “glass cover up” of the existing podium.  The new design updates the look while maintaining the luxurious feel of the location.
