15 Mercer Street will soon be the home to the brand new Nobu Residences, a luxury hotel and restaurant brand. Toronto is set to join an elite list of Cities with a Nobu location including New York City, Las Vegas, London (opening later this year), Malibu, Miami Beach and Malibu among others.

The Nobu brand is backed by Chef Nobu (one of the worlds most renowned chefs), Robert De Niro (as in “You talking to me?” Robert De Niro. He was instrumental in bringing the artistry of Nobu first to New York and then to around the world), Trevor Horwell (a visionary in the bespoke hotel business) and Struan McKenzie (the COO of Nobu).
