O2 Maisonettes Launches Unique Development

This past week, we had the pleasure to attend the VIP opening of O2 Maisonettes, a new condo development located at George & Shuter, just north of Moss Park. The development offers very unique living space when compared to the other developments in Toronto – two storey “Maisonettes” that are geared towards the (*gasp!*) end user!

If you’re looking for 350sq.ft studios or 500sq.ft. one bedroom units then you’re looking in the wrong place. O2 Maisonettes feature full two-storey units that are more like “homes” than condo apartments that we are used to seeing. The smallest unit available is 1,040 square feet, priced at $599,900 (approximately $575 per square foot) and range all the way to a 2050 sq.ft. 3 bedroom unit (larger than some detached homes in the ‘burbs!) priced at $1,249,9000 (approximately $610 per square foot).

The development is a boutique development with 14 storeys, featuring just 48 units. Suite features include gourmet kitchens including Granite counters (or an optional upgraded laminate), integrated appliances, wood flooring throughout and 9″ Ceilings on primary levels.
