One of the sleeper hits on TalkCondo has been Perspective Condos by Pianosi Developments.  The development page has received a lot of action and a number of inquiries have come in but not an awful lot is known about the development.

The development features 17 storeys including a 5 storey podium.  The following is the description from the developer:
