Picasso Launches to Platinum Brokers!

Monarch have really outdone themselves with Picasso on Richmond.  An iconic structure located in one of Toronto’s hottest neighbourhoods, the Entertainment District.  The development is designed by Teeple Architects (M5V, The Hive) and is described as a “thought provoking dedication to the abstract” and has received almost universal praise among architectural buffs.

Picasso on Richmond has now launched to Platinum Brokers and offers fantastic value, with some some suites starting BELOW $600 per square foot, with many suites priced between $600-$650 per square foot (Priced very well compared to similar projects in the neighbourhood)

Monarch didn’t take any shortcuts here.  Not only is the exterior visually stunning, but the suites are very well designed and due to the unique architecture, there are over 80 floorplan variations!
