Pier 27 Tower is Coming Soon

Cityzen are starting to tease details about one of the most sought after developments in Toronto; the Third Phase of their highly successful Pier 27 Waterfront project at Yonge & Queens Quay.

Pier 27 Phases 1 & 2 are in the final stages, with iconic architecture and stunning suite finishes and views earning the project huge praise as one of Toronto’s most sought after luxury residences.  While Phase 1 & 2 were relatively short (relatively short for Yonge Street, at least) towers at 15, the new phase is expected to be a taller tower (the height is currently unknown).

The developers are announcing that “Something New is Coming” and have teased a shape shifting tower design by renowned architect Peter Clewes.  We expect big things from the same developers that bought us award winning condominium designs such as Absolute Towers and L Tower.

The project will officially be known as “Pier 27: Tower at the Lake” and we will be bringing you more details as they arrive.
