Rendering Leak? New Lamb Project in St. Lawrence

The always informative @urban__dreamer on Twitter revealed what we believe to be a leaked image of a new condo development by Lamb Developments located at Richmond & George.  This render is not confirmed nor is it official, but the render is pretty awesome so we thought it deserved a mention.


Awesome rendering for potential new Lamb project in St. Lawrence Market District

We believe the rendering is for the site that site at Richmond & George (231 Richmond East – note the Blue Pin on the map below), located around developments such as the pending Post House Condos and The Vu (very popular development on the resale market – see the two Red Pins on the map below).

Lamb is making a real statement with some of his existing and pending projects – we already broke the news and rendering of his project at Brant Park set to launch later this year adding to a very impressive resume including Theatre Park and King Charlotte.  What are your thoughts on the render for this project?
