Rise Condominiums was a huge success story when they launched the condominium project a couple of years back.  The project, located at the south east corner of St. Clair and Bathurst was extremely well received and raced to over 75% sold in no time.

On Monday (June 24th), the developer will release the previously held back Penthouse collection (just 5 suites) that will feature stunning views of Toronto.

Rise Condominiums was featured in our “6 Best Pools Coming to Toronto” post.  The infinity pool at the top of the condominium has been one of the most anticipated features of the project and we can’t wait to see it come together.

While the infinity pool is certainly impressive, it’s hard to argue that the project’s most sought after “amenity” is the transit access with practically direct access to the St. Clair West subway station that leads north to Yorkdale Mall (and beyond) or south to the downtown Core in just minutes.
