Rumours Circulating King & Blue Jays Way

The Entertainment District has very quickly become Toronto’s Hotspot and in the coming years will develop into one of Toronto’s premier neighbourhoods.  News and rumours are circulating today that there is a couple of big site acquisitions for new condo sites located at King & Blue Jays Way.

Word was initially leaked via a rumour on BuzzBuzzHome (this has not yet confirmed, however, we have also heard a similar rumour – where there is smoke there is fire?) that the site at 357 King Street West (the old M5V Sales office) has been purchased by Great Gulf Homes and they are planning approximately 40 storeys.

If true, this is a huge acquisition for Great Gulf who have been on fire recently (One Bloor, Pace, Monde).  Great Gulf Homes were also one of the first developers to build in the Entertainment District with their project “The Hudson” approximately 10 years ago.
