Skywatch Condos to Launch in February
Skywatch Condos at the Rosedale on Bloor is the brand new phase by the Easton’s Group. The first phase of Rosedale is now sold out, and the new suites will be released in early February. To celebrate the new launch, Gupta Group have announced an exciting promotion; a Free Rolex with every purchase for a limited time!
The lower floors of the building will be occupied by the Canopy Hotel by Hilton, a brand new 4 star lifestyle hotel and the tower features a prime Bloor Street address and is just steps to:
- Subway across the street
- Yorkville steps to the west
- Rosedale just north
The Skywatch suites are located on the floors 26 through 48 and feature incredible and unobstructed views all around; whether it’s the lush greenery of Rosedale to the North, Yorkville to the West or the Downtown Skyline to the south, there is a view for everyone.
Suites will range from 307 (studios) to 871 sq.ft. (2 bedroom).
