TalkCondo: Launching January 2011

Amit & Roy (of www.amitandroy.com) are extremely pleased to announce the pending launch of TalkCondo, a new web-portal for pre-construction developments in Toronto, Mississauga and surrounding areas.  Our sister website (amitandroy.com) became extremely popular due to our extensive knowledge of the Toronto marketplace allowing us to give extremely in-depth reviews of new developments that compared projects to other pre-construction projects and also existing resale properties to determine which projects make the best investments.

As VIP agents across the city, TalkCondo will not only give our readers inside information to new developments, but also the FIRST CHANCE at buying at any new launches.

TalkCondo will allow users to get detailed information on developments across the city and also view properties by neighborhood, occupancy year, developer and will also highlight our hot picks for investors.  We will also include (subject to builder approval) floorplans for the developments.  Further, we will encourage community involvement as your feedback to new developments is extremely important in the success of our project.

-Development Information.  If a development is older we may be unable to provide certain information.  For newer developments, full documentation will be provided.
