Thompson Residences, one of our favourite projects from 2010 are about to shut up shop and increase prices starting from April 1st. Having sold approximately 75% of their units and getting final approval from the city to build 12 Storeys, Freed Developments are ready to put the shovel into the ground for their flagship project of “Freedville” located in the very popular King West neighbourhood.
Thompson Residences will be the Thompson branded condominium development, located immediately north of the super-popular Thompson Hotel & Residences (55 Stewart/550 Wellington). The hotel and underground club has become a popular and exclusive spot for Celebrities to hang out, and the rooftop pool area has been raved about by residents and guests alike.
