Top 5 Hottest Condo Launches This Fall for Investors
The condo launch line up for this coming fall is already looking like it might be one of the best that we have ever seen with some of Toronto’s best developers set to launch in AAA locations – a perfect recipe for hungry condominium investors. 1. 75 The Esplanade Condos
Located on the Esplanade between Yonge Street and Church Street, this condominium project is located in the St. Lawrence Market district – one of the hottest neighbourhoods in Toronto.
75 Esplanade will stand 34 Storeys and will be developed by Harhay, the same developer behind Theatre Park, one of Toronto’s most stunning condominium towers.
2. Clover on Yonge Condos
The Clover on Yonge has an awful lot going for it. The project is located just south of Yonge & Bloor, developed by Cresford Developments (the same team behind the incredibly popular CASA series of condominiums) and will feature a tie in with luxury designer Van Clef & Arpels, who just happen to feature Clover’s in their world renowned jewelry. We anticipate Clover on Yonge to be one of the hottest selling condominiums this Fall. Register early!
3. Daniels Waterfront Condos (Lighthouse Tower)
The Daniels Waterfront project has had huge early interest, ever since they first acquired the old Guvernment nightclub lands (at Jarvis & Queens Quay). Daniels will be completely transforming the City block and the new neighbourhood will feature residential condominiums, office towers and brand new retail space.
There is huge emphasis to connect the neighbourhood to the Arts and the developer will be developing an amazing ground level “Yard” to connect the entire project. We can’t wait to get our hands on this one.

4. Pier 27 Phase 3: Tower on the Lake
If Downtown Waterfront living is what you want, you’ll be spoilt for choice this Fall. Pier 27 Phase 3 is the follow up to the luxurious Pier 27 Phase 1 and 2. Located at the foot of Yonge Street, Pier 27 is as close as you can get to the lake in Downtown Toronto.
Cityzen continue to push the limits for architecture and design, with eye catching architecture that will offer amazing views and stunning finishes.
5. Rosedale on Bloor
Easton’s Group have a history of offering excellent value for investors in up and coming neighbourhoods, and Rosedale on Bloor is no different. The project is located in an under developed pocket of Toronto that is ripe for growth and some of Toronto’s top developers have been active in acquiring land in this neighbourhood – including Lanterra and Cityzen.
