It is proposed to have 10 townhomes and 108 condo suites and rise 9-storeys tall. The architectural design is being handled by Hariri Pontarini Architects. The resident entrance is located conveniently just off tree-lined Parkwood Avenue, and is steps away from Sir Winston Churchill Park, the Loblaws, shopping, dining, and more.
➋ Home Condos
Home Condos is a new development by Great Gulf Homes and Hullmark located at 48 Power Street in Downtown Toronto’s Corktown area. The complex will stand 22 storeys tall (total of 238 feet) with 532 luxury condo suites. Its convenient location is close to two scenic parks, the DVP and Gardiner Expressway, a short walk to the bus stop, and is close to supermarkets, banks, and retail stores.
➌ HighPark Condos
Located at 1830 Bloor Street West, HighPark Condos is a new condo and townhome project by the Daniels Corporation. It was completed in 2015 and has a total of 407 luxury townhome and condo suites, and is 14-storeys tall. Resident amenities include a billiards room, private garden, yoga and pilates studio, dog wash area, exercise room, rock climbing wall, private resident terrace, and party room. The condo complex sits right across from the city’s largest urban park, High Park, and is conveniently located close to Bloor West Village, shopping and dining on Bloor Street, and more.
➍ Canary District Condos
Recently completed at Front Street East and Cherry Street, the Canary District Condos by Dundee Kilmer Developer Limited and Waterfront Toronto has a total of 369 condo and townhome units and is 11 storeys tall. The townhome and condo suites range from 624-square-feet to more than 1,000-square-feet. ➎ Harris Square Condos
Harris Square Condos is a new condo development by Urban Capital Property Group to be located at Lower River Street in the Corktown area of Toronto. Harris Square is the fourth phase of the popular “River City” projects and is slated to be 11-storeys tall, with architectural design by Saucier + Perrote. Resident amenities include outdoor terrace and swimming pool, fitness centre, and double-story party room. The new complex will be located close to upscale dining and shopping options, Corktown Common (public park), St. Lawrence Market, the Distillery Historic District, and Leslieville.
➏ Hill & Dale Residences Condos
This new development by Old Stonehenge is in pre-construction located at Yonge and Roxborough in Toronto’s Rosedale neighbourhood. It’s proposed to have a total of 6-storeys, with 17 luxury suites ranging in size from 1,526-square-feet to 3,225-square-feet. Development is slated to be completed sometime in 2017. ➐ Totem Condos
Totem Condos by Worsley Urban Partners is currently under construction at 17 Dundonald Street in Downtown Toronto. It’s proposed to stand 18-storeys tall with a total of 115 luxury condo suites. ➑ The Davies Condos
This new condo development by Brandy Lane Homes is in pre-construction at Avenue Road and Cottingam Street in Toronto’s Avenue Road/St. Clair neighbourhood. It’s proposed to have a total of 9-storeys, with 41 luxury condo suites and 8 penthouse units. The project’s estimated completion date is Spring/Summer 2018. Luxury amenities include a lobby lounge, party room, rooftop entertainment space, dog washing station, fitness centre, and a conference room.
