Tridel Cooking Up Something BIG for 120-130 Harbour Street

Harbour Street is seriously under the spotlight right now.  A couple of weeks ago we announced that Menkes were planning for TWO 70 Storey Towers to sit just south of the Air Canada Centre at 90 Harbour Street.  Well Tridel have seen Menkes’ 70 Storeys and raised them 5.  It was recently announced that Tridel are applying for a whopping 75 storey tower to sit at 120-130 Harbour Street.

Tridel remain one of the most respected developers in the GTA and are consistently ranked very highly by JD Power for Customer Satisfaction.

In terms of number of floors, this application puts it in line with Aura, the tallest residential condominium in North America.  That’s big folks, real big.  The application calls for 774 residential units, 344 parking spots.

We have our mitts on some tasty renderings that showcase this new project sitting just south of the pending ICE.  The 75 storey tower will sit on a triangular shaped podium that will dominate the streetscape.
