VIP Event: 32 Camden Launching on March 9th

32 Camden by Sorbara (Builders of the ultra cool SIXTY LOFTS located at 60 Bathurst, pictured below) is all set to launch.  60 Bathurst is a very very popular development on the resale market, with units fetching close to $600 per square foot.  We know very little about 32 Camden other than a few tidbits that have filtered through some of the social media channels.

The development is located at (suprise suprise) 32 Camden right in the heart of the Fashion District just south of Queen & Spadina.  There are some amazing mid-rise loft style developments in the immediate area, such as Quad Lofts (19 Brant), Fashion District Lofts (10 Morrison) and Glas (25 Oxley).  Many of these developments fetch from $525-$600 per square foot on today’s resale market so it will be interesting to see how 32 Camden price their development and what kind of finishes they will offer.

32 Camden will be a 12 storey development with just 87 suites.  32 Camden’s Twitter Feed (@32camden) has teased us with some shots of their Kitchens and vanities and they look very very cool and modern.
