VIP Launch Coming Soon: 3018 Yonge in Lawrence Park

3018 Yonge in Lawrence Park by Lanterra Developments (of Maple Leaf Square, ICE and Treviso fame) is gearing up for it’s VIP launch in the next few weeks.  The development has been one of the most active on TalkCondo and we have been bombarded with requests on the development ever since signage was put on site by the developer in early June. The development will stand 12 Storeys and feature approximately 200 units.

3018 Yonge in Lawrence Park will be an upscale development located to the west of Lawrence Park just south of Yonge & Lawrence.  The development is located just steps to the Lawrence subway station, and East facing units will enjoy prime Lawrence Park views.  North and West views will also remain relatively unobstructed with many low-rise residential homes surrounding the development.
