VIP Launch: Exhibit Condos – Luxury Condos in The Annex
March has been one hell of a month for New Condos in Toronto. We’ve seen the mega-launch of The Yorkville, full of glitz, glamour and media attention, a more conservative launch for the boutique 32 Camden and the insanely un-organized launch of King Charlotte. At the end of the month, Bazis International will launch another highly anticipated develpoment: Exhibit Condos, located in the Annex located immediately opposite the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM). The early renderings have us very excited and it promised to be a very exclusive development.
Basiz International (Crystal Blu, Emerald Park) have a penchant for high quality design and architecture. Their “Emerald Park” development (pictured below) drew a lot of international praise. In addition, their recently-registered development located in Yorkville (Crystal Blu) is in high demand on the resale market.

Exhibit is an important development for Toronto. Located in one of the Cities most premium neighbourhoods and opposite the ROM, it was important to get a design that was reflective of the neighbourhood and would appeal to a higher end clientel. We’re told that the suites in the 4th “Cube” have to be “seen to be believed”. The development houses 200 suites across 32 Storeys and prices will start from $500,000. The location of the building means that the stunning South Views of the City will be protected. The smallest suite is 650 square feet, which points to a starting price of approximately $770 per square foot.
