VIP Launch: King Charlotte Launching March 8th

King Charlotte by Lamb Developments was initially listed as one of our “Hot Condo Projects for 2011” with Lamb Developments making a real name for themselves with projects such as Glas and the recently launched Theater Park.

King Charlotte, located at King & Charlotte will be surrounded by some of the Cities hottest projects by some of the best developers the City has to offer including Glas, Charlie and M5V.  It will be a dense intersection in one of the fastest growing districts in Toronto.

Glas currently commands some of the highest prices in the city with suites selling around $575 per square foot on the resale market and this project will likely start around that price.

King Charlotte will be having their VIP Broker Sale on March 8th starting at 5pm.  Pricing has not yet been released but it is expected to start around $580 per square foot (as stated above) for the podium suites, and in the lower $600’s for the tower.  Our full price analysis will be available once we get more details on the project.
