DNA3 Penthouse Units represent EXCELLENT investments, with prices ranging from $580 per square foot to just over $600 per square foot. This price is excellent for any development, but for units in a high quality development such as DNA3 is unbelievable. By comparison, Penthouse units in similar King West developments such as Thompson Residences, Fashion House and Minto775 start from approximately $650 per square foot and go to over $750 per square foot.
A recent unit at DNA3 on the 9th floor sold for $611 per square foot, giving an indication of the current market value of the location.
