Waterfront Project by Great Gulf Homes Finally Has a Name!

We recently ran a story detailing the huge plan that WATERFRONToronto had for the vastly underutilized Toronto Waterfront, namely the area that sits to the south of Jarvis & Queens Quay (nearby the Guvernment Night Club).  The location, dubbed “East Bayfront” is gearing up for some heavy investment that will completely change the entire neighbourhood.

The first residential project by Great Gulf Homes (Formerly known as “Parkside” and later “Mondial) have finally been given a final name and a launch timeframe.  The development will be called “Monde” Condominiums and will launch some time in the early fall (around September).
