This Week in New Condos (December 18)
This week we added 9 brand new condominium projects as developers are gearing up for 2016. Below is a quick look at what’s new in condos this week.
Toronto Condos
Form Condos by Tridel
Brand new Tridel condominium project located in Downtown Toronto at Queen & McCaul. The project will stand 14 storeys and house 184 residential suites, while boasting a near 99/100 WalkScore and perfect 100/100 TransitScore.
321 Davenport Condos by Alterra
321 Davenport Condos is a new condominium application by Alterra Developments. The project is a luxury condominium development located at Davenport & Bedford in the Annex.
88 North Condos by St. Thomas Development
88 North Condos is the first of a multi-phase condominium development located at Queen & Mutual. The site stretches from Queen Street to Shuter.
The first phase will stand 29 storey.
10 St. Mary Condos by Lifetime Developments
10 St. Mary is a site for an exiting new condominium launch by Lifetime Developments, just south of Yonge & Bloor.
The project is expected to launch in the Fall of 2016.
20 Edward Street by Lifetime Developments
20 Edward Street is another site owned by Lifetime Developments that has the investment community very excited.
20 Edward Street is the site of the old “World’s Biggest Bookstore” and is centrally located at Yonge & Dundas, just steps from Eaton Centre, Yonge-Dundas Square and so much more that makes Downtown Living so desirable.
Condos in Other Cities
District Condos (Waterloo) by NKL Developments
District Condos is a new condominium located nearby Wilfred Laurier University that targets student rentals. The project will be launching in early 2016 and will offer buyers a turnkey investment with 2 year rental guarantee and property management services and fully furnished suites.
5 & 10 Townhomes (Mississauga) by Conservatory Group
5 & 10 Townhomes is a new townhome project in Mississauga located at Dundas & Confederation Parkway. Details are currently scarce for this project.
Trinity Ravine Towers (Scarborough) by Global Kingdom Ministries
Trinity Ravine Towers is a 30 storey tower located at Markham & Progress in Scarborough. The project will feature two towers and will be developed by Global Kingdom Ministries.
