Wellesley On The Park Condos Details Begin to Surface

Wellesley on the Park Condos is a project that has drawn a lot of interest in a variety of sectors.  The site was purchased earlier this year by Lanterra Developments (for a whopping $65 Million) and the initial discussion suggested plans for 2 condominiums ranging between 45-54 storeys.  The neighbourhood was quite clear with what they wanted on the site with a hoarding surrounding 11 Wellesley reading “WE WANT A PUBLIC PARK”.

Lanterra have responded in fantastic fashion and will launch “Wellesley on the Park Condos”, a striking 54 storey condominium tower that will be surrounded by a 1.6 acre park in the heart of Downtown Toronto.

The site is located at Yonge & Wellesley and will offer fast access to the TTC (Wellesley Subway Station) and will be a stones throw from other Lanterra condominium projects such as The Britt, Burano and Murano.

While specific details are still trickling through, here is what we already know:

  • Stunning 54 Storey Condominium to be surrounded by 1.6 Acre Park
  • Approximately 630 Residential Suites
  • Typical floorplans will range from 316sq.ft. to 902sq.ft. and will all feature incredible balconies
