YC Condos celebrated their ground breaking earlier this week, less than 12 months before launching.

YC Condos launched at the end of January and enjoyed huge levels of sales success and currently sits at 98% sold with just a few penthouse suites remaining.  The project is located at the North West corner of Yonge & College and boasts some of the best amenities we have ever seen in a new condominium project (check out the incredible AQUA 66 pool below!)
