Yonge + Rich Video Reveals First Look at Tower

Yonge + Rich Condos by Great Gulf Homes is set to launch this spring and has already generated a lot of early buzz.  The site is located in the heart of Toronto at Yonge & Richmond, just steps from Transit, the Eaton Centre and the underground PATH network and will by developed by the same team that bought us One Bloor, Charlie and Monde among others.

Details are currently scarce for the project but earlier today we got a little look behind the curtain to see what Great Gulf are cooking up.  We don’t get a clean look at the building (yet!) but it looks like it will stand approximately 40-50 storeys and feature large balconies.
