Yorkville Plaza Details Begin to Filter Through

Three weeks ago we announced that Camrost-Felcorp purchased the site of the old Four Seasons Hotel and will be transforming the legendary hotel into “World Class Residences” in what promises to be one of the biggest and most anticipated condominium launches this fall: The New Residences of Yorkville Plaza

New details from the developer give us an idea of their plans for the iconic building, highlighting that the Four Season’s building will be anchored by a contemporary two-storey glass podium that will revitalize a large commercial footprint along Yorkville Avenue & Avenue Road.  Vertical glass accents will rise from the podium to give the building a more modern feel.

Camrost-Felcorp will offer a selection of pied-a-terre, one and two bedroom suites priced from the mid $300,00’s as the complete revamp of each floor launches the International Collection of suite designs including the Manhattan, New York, Paris, Milan and London.

Yorkville Plaza will also offer two distinct interior options by offering a “Classic Style” and a “Contemporary Style”.  Classic style suites will feature a nostalgic colour palette with intricate textures, while the contemporary look will highlight clean lines.  Suites will feature high end kitchens with integrated appliances.
