Roy Bhandari shared a panel with Presidents and Executives from the development world and was invited to provide his unique insight to the GTA pre-construction market and offered suggestions on how the entire industry needed to work together to navigate a difficult 2013 for the industry as unsold inventory hit new heights.
On the panel, Roy Bhandari advised developers to “hold off on new launches” to allow for inventory to reach normal levels again, which they did in 2013.
