Morningside Trail is a new condominium development by Maplebrook Homes currently under construction located at Dobson Street, in the neighbourhood. Development is scheduled to be completed in 2023. The project has a total of 98 suites ranging from 1790 sq.ft to 3076 sq.ft. Suites are priced from $699,900 to $1,009,900.
