21 Broadview Avenue Condos

Streetcar Developments & Dream are partnering to bring new life to the lands at 21-53 Broadview Avenue, 344 Eastern Avenue, and the rear 14.5 metres of 18-34 & 40 Lewis Street. Rooted in the context of its neighbourhood, this project builds on the existing identity of the Riverside area and celebrates the site’s prominent position at the corner of Broadview & Eastern. Designed to act as a visual gateway for the neighbourhood, this Danish-designed building will focus on bringing architecture that reflects the existing area, both completing and complementing the existing streetscape, while providing high quality urban homes and retail spaces. We are excited to work with the Riverside community on this project to facilitate change that is exciting, positive, and listens to the needs and interests of its community members.
