ABOUT 28 RIVER STREET CONDOS IN REGENT PARK/DOWNTOWN TORONTO

28 River Street Condos is a new project by Rosewater Capital Group, to be located at 28 River Street in Downtown Toronto’s Regent Park neighbourhood. The project is currently in preconstruction with a still-unknown estimated completion date.

ABOUT REGENT PARK IN DOWNTOWN TORONTO

The Regent Park community was originally built during the late 1940s as a housing project, still managed today by Toronto Community Housing. It’s located roughly to the north of Gerrard Street East, east of River Street, west of Parliament Street.
