Briar Towns is a new townhouse project by Trolleybus Urban Development, Bloomfield Urban Homes, and Garrison Hill Developments in preconstruction at Dervock Crescent and Greenbriar Road in Toronto’s Bayview Village neighbourhood. The project’s estimated completion date is still unknown.

ABOUT BAYVIEW VILLAGE

The Bayview Village neighbourhood is a small community of only around 15,370 residents (as of the 2006 census), located roughly west of Bayview Avenue, bordered to the north by Finch Avenue East, south of Highway 401, and to the east of Leslie Street. It’s a mainly residential area, with most homes being single-family residences built during the mid-1950s through the mid-1960s; however, there have been a number of new mid- and high-rise condominium building development in the community, especially north of Highway 401 and south of Sheppard Avenue.
