ABOUT NOVA URBAN TOWNS IN WILLOWDALE

Nova Urban Towns is a new townhome project in Toronto’s Willowdale neighbourhood, currently in preconstruction by Crown Communities located at 57 Finch Avenue West. There is currently no estimated completion date.

ABOUT WILLOWDALE

The Willowdale neighbourhood is located in Toronto’s North York district and is mainly residential, with high-rise condo towers, single-family houses, and condominium townhomes. While there are still some remaining original homes ranging from 1910 through the 1950’s, most older homes were destroyed to make way for large, luxury houses and condos.
