ABOUT SUGAR WHARF CONDOS EAST TOWER IN DOWNTOWN TORONTO

Sugar Wharf Condos East Tower is a new condo development by Menkes Developments to be located at 95 Lake Shore Boulevard East in Downtown Toronto. The project is currently in preconstruction with an unknown estimated completion date.

✔ Proposed to have a total of 1,927 condo units (65 bachelor units, 1,078 one-bedroom units, 593 two-bedroom units, and 191 three-or-more-bedroom units), with two residential towers (79-storeys and 80-storeys)
✔ The project will also feature around 7,635-square-metres of retail space

✔ The entire project at the site by Menkes Development will also include a brand-new LCBO base of operations tower, a park, several other condominium projects, and even a new public school (and all will be connected via an extension to the PATH system)
